evening this big requires a lot of planning and a
lot of volunteer help! We have a variety of
activities this year requiring some sort of help -
if you are interested, please mention it with your
RSVP or fill out the form below to let us know
what you can do! Every bit of volunteer
effort is greatly appreciated and will help make
the evening a success!
·Parking
Control
- help guide vehicles to the proper parking
locations. There will be a lot of cars and
we will need help getting everyone in!
·Prize
Distribution
- Help hand out prizes for the kids and various
contests throughout the evening.
·Decorating
the Barn
- We need help during the week of November 1st getting decorations put up and organizing the barn
and other areas.
·Set-Up
and Tear Down
- Help on Barn Jam Day beginning at noon for final
preparations and then tear down help at the end of
the evening.
